    I will deal with all cash requests tomorrow, on Sunday. But just so you know, you need to successfully claim $5 between any two cash claims, and you did not do that -  Rule 14 of the Shop terms and conditions

    Finland is a restricted country at casino max, so I'm not sure how you can deposit and play here. If you can, let me know and will ask the casino representative, though previously he told me that your country was restricted.

    What i think happened is that when the item was created, only the list of restricted countries (otherwise allowed) for this bonus specifically was added. I will update the item's terms as soon as possible.

  • Elloo peoples lol Quick question. I am curious to hear how long it took for ya'll to receive ya redeemed shop item. Let's say from the moment u redeemed it.  Preferably looking for the quickest payout whether it be a chip or spins. Are there  any that are straight away, couple minutes, hours, less than 48hrs. Just wondering, no biggie if not.

    as MelissaN said, allow 48h hours (not including weekends) for your request to be processed.

    I'd like to add that requests are sent out to casinos once a day. It would be very difficult to keep track of all requests otherwise. Since I don't personally approve / deny your purchases, this process cannot be instant or quick.

    And just to remind members that casino repesentatives live in different countries, different times zones. Sometimes, casinos respond quickly, sometimes that's not possible. People have to sleep, eat :D, they have their own work hours etc.

  • I wish you offered more casinos than this. To be honest I have had issues with half of these casinos. Some don't even display thier license or have any way to dispute problems with them. Brango has issues following thier own terms and conditions. Is there any way we can get other casinos up on here? Oh yeah Gossip slots doesn't even have a license I don't think.   • I only play 2 casinos from that list. All R TG casinos are on my personal blacklist anyway, and since 1. July a lot Casinos left the German market because of the New gambling laws.  But, the shop is great. In the last 4months I won 5or 6 contest here. When i change the token for Cash in my Skrill account the shop lets me choose the currency . LCB pays me just for login. Or comments. I signed up in April or May and won 150$ , 225 if I add the CL site as well.

  • i got it. fyi they have sent me before within 24hrs on the weeknd the fastest. this was just a bit after 48hrs this is me counting the weeknd which as far as i can tell makes no diffrence to slots lv.   since ive been shop from lcb.   again was just abit worried as i did lose 2 transaction or still one in process for last couple weeks.  not from LCB of course but similar situation..

I also checked the history of my account just in case I did not remember them being credited. But they were never credited.  I really appreciate your help in this matter.
