    I have no issues receiving results from Surf casino at the moment. 

    Your latest reqeust was approved and credited on March 25th. That was the information I got from the casino representative two days ago. So, I cant refund you. 

    In case you didn't get anything, let me know and I will get in touch with them and find out what happened.

    If you are referring to the purchase made on the 14th of April, it was approved and credited to your casino account on the 15th of April. Have you been checking your casino account? It is important to do so as some spins may expire 72hrs after being credited.

    And branded items are not counted as casino chips / spins claims, so you must have approved and credited free chips claims for the amount no less than $5.
