  • I recently claimed from Las Atlantis Casino a $45 Casino chip for $9.00. I received an email from them saying that I have been given 50 free spins at 0.80 cents per spin. I am assuming that this was substituted in place of the $45.

  • It is convenient though if the casino Brango/extreme chips can be processed the same day as Blue tries to do and does well with it.  Its just a logistical connundrum because sometimes both aforementioned casinos will drop an unexpected loyalty reward in the account which voids the chip and refunds the site creating more work for the moderators.  Blue does an awesome job at this.  Not complaining by any means just pointing something out.

  • Is there a way to get my casino brango chip sent over today that i bought yesterday?  If they drop a loyalty reward in my account which could happen, it will void it and send it back which then crestes more work/time for blue or other administers.  Blue does fantastic job at this but im not sure if she has been online lately.  Just wondering definitely not complaining, just dont want to see the administrators have to do more than they already have to do because they're already very busy.  Thank you!!

    I have deposited around $150 in 2 days here.

    My last action was a deposit.

    I received as ALWAYS a Loyalty Reward when I did not ask for it.

    Always when I was supposed to receive my $20 LCB Chip I would get it because

    I DID NOT ask for a comp ( and get one) in-between my deposit and my loyalty reward.

     

    So I was denied my $20 LCB chip for no reason whatsoever.

     

    I was told by you guys that so long as I don’t ask for a comp and receive one that getting my LCB $20 chip regardless of any

    Kind of Loyalty Reward being processed to my account. That I was good to go on my LCB $20 chip.

    So how is it that I will ever be able to get that $20 LCB chip in the future. It is not possible.

    You did receive their loyalty reward, but that was not the only free promo you had. This is what they said:

    "A player did not have only one, but two free promotions in a row. The first one was a loyalty reward and the second one was an LCBPIZZA18 promotion which the player claimed by himself."

  • @markotik hey I just read the worst news ever about blue with her cancer returning anyways it's terrible I'm not going to continue on that too much here I talked about that replying to her post earlier.... blue usually updates the spreadsheet for bitstarz after my LCB shop purchases. I checked with live chat support over there and they said they don't see anything on the spreadsheet yet they said to check with you guys to update it, obviously I understand that blue won't be able to update the spreadsheet and send it over is that still something that you are in charge of or taking care of temporarily? When can we expect that to happen as I said live chat didn't see it on the spreadsheet when I ask them over it bit stores

    This is now your second post insinuating that I am not doing my job. 

    I'd like to add something..... 

    Considering the situation, what I find deeply upsetting, and even unsettling, is that members have begun mentioning Blueday's name in these discussions regarding Shop requests, not only on the forum but in private messages as well. 

    Your requests have NEVER been sent out to the casinos instantly.

    Everything I know about the Shop, I learned from Blueday and she never said anything about sending out requests individually. If you are lucky enough to request an item just before the "cutoff" time, then you might get such feeling. 

    So I would very kindly like to ask members to stop doing this. It's not fair to her, it's not fair to me... and it certainly won't speed up the process. 

    To put it very plainly, it's in red color and bolded in the terms, according to Rule 18:

    18. Please allow 48 hours for your item to be credited (not including weekends).

    So FYI, I will, from now on, ignore all these posts or PMs saying Blueday would do this, Blueday would do that because it's actually beyond disrespectful.

    Please, let me know if you truly have an issue with a request and I will be more than happy and willing to help you. 

    Blueday is, indeed, one of a kind and I have big shoes to fill... I know that, but I won't allow to be walked all over.

  • I get brango , extreme, or Yabby for the instant payout . But sometimes it takes a bit to get the processed but usually less than a day or 2.  I claimed one yesterday and still waiting for it to hit my brango account but idk how each casino processes them.  Slots.lv processed within an hour one time.  Your Mileage May Very though of course.  So just in my experience I go with 1. Extreme 2. Brango 3. Yabby 4.Slots.lv especially now that slots.lv pay within 24 hours
