    The reward request will be looked at this morning, the shop purchase for Winaday will be dealt with this morning and assuming your Winaday shop purchase will go through, your cash purchase will be approved and paid by tomorrow morning.  This rep doesn't work at the weekends plus the wait time for shop requests is 48 hours (not including weekends).

    Sometimes casinos do send you emails ... But often you just need to check after 48 hours have passed and Blue had the time to sort it all out for you

  • I also got the $20 chip for extreme at the same time as the yabby chip and I got it yesterday, so I don't know why I haven't gotten the yabby chip yet. I have never gotten the spins bonus for extreme so I don't know about that one
