Hope you found everything ok Rambofish.  Regarding your shop purchases - I hope you found them under "my shop" under your dashboard.

For your info, your Cyberspins purchase was approved although you did send it in quite a few days earlier than you should have.  I hope that answers what could possibly be your query.

Drake and Gossip results generally come in very late at night so you could be looking at another 2-4 hours for a result.

If you are referring to the Slots.lv $10 Casino Chip purchase, please allow 48 hours for the purchase to get processed. That is the standard time-frame.

Being as you only purchased it an hour ago, it will be sent over tonight and a decision will hopefully be made by the casino tomorrow. 

As MarijaS advised, the wait time is 48 hours before chasing and for info, that doesn't include weekends.

Still have not recieved the spins I purchased for Drake yet Maybe hopefully before the weekend . 

I have checked everyday since i had made the purchase on the 11th of July. No spins have been credited to my account to lead to being expired. When the spins finally do get credited to my account I will have to wait 2 weeks before I can purchase another 20 spins for this casino which Drake casino is my favorite casino and where I mainly make all of my deposits. These are the rules to my understanding.

That's absolutely correct.  You do have to wait 2 weeks in between so when they are eventually credited, the clock will start again.  I'll have to mention to the rep how important it is to actually credit players when he tells me they have been credited due to this restriction.  I may suggest to him to increase the offer to once per week.
