    It was requested last night.  I've been advised by the person that pays them "....will let me know when Skrill is paid".  I've done all I can do and it's just a matter of waiting.  Thanks for your patience.

    I'm not prepared to discuss the finer points of cash ordering with you.  Suffice to say it has been requested and it will be paid by the person that pays them as soon as is possible.

    Maybe LCB has reason to check their processes. It seems that I'm not the only one that has faulty money transfers.

    You didn't ask for Euros. You just entered your email address, so no, you have no right to complain.

    It was paid last night.  One day was spent waiting for your Winaday result and one day was out of my hands as the person that pays them couldn't do the Skrill that night.  You have received it as fast as it could possibly have been sent to you. 

    Next time you apply, please make sure you have spent $5 on casino chips successfully before you apply for your cash item.

     Of course you are free to complaint but you need to be able to provide evidence to support your claims. Now, you were shown ( by Blue via PM ) that your request was not submitted in euros. You see we decided to offer Euros even though you earn in dollars as we recognize that a lot of members' wallets are in euros. This actually COST us more as we pay the full 25 and dont apply the exchange rate ( if we did you would receive less euros ).  But in order to be paid in EUR you need to clearly state that when submitting your item purchase.

    Frankly, we have no problem to pay you the difference with the next e-wallet purchase. However it is absolutely unacceptable to keep complaining when we showed you that an error was not on our end. Even if it was our error, it would be easy to rectify it, so you are really blowing this out of proportion.

    For the transparency sake I am attaching your request ( your email was crossed out for privacy reasons ) that shows your submitted e-wallet email without specifying that you want to be paid in Euros.



    I have no doubt that you indeed wanted to enter euros but we go by with what we receive. With that said we are not perfect and of course we can make an honest mistake but thats just not the case here. 

    As I mentioned we can pay you the exchange difference with your next Skrill purchase.

    All I want to say about all that is; people should really first  think very carefully before complaining about ANYTHING here ... We should all be more than happy that LCB hands out free cash for just beeing active here and allows us to exchange it in the more than awesome shop !!!

    And not even 24 hours later both are allready processed and ready to use/spend :)

    Did you notice they had been credited.  Casino error they said - they had not credited them.

    The wait time for any purchase is up to 48 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays) but most items are dealt with before the 48 hours is up.

    Oshi update - they have now responded and once I've done all the results, it will be returned to the shop.  Got some other bits to do first though.

    It was requested late on 29th April and was paid (after chasing) on 1st May.  I'm double checking with the person that pays them but they won't be around now until Monday or possibly Tuesday.

  • i double checked my skrill just to be sure. there were no transactions there 1st of may, or anykind what so ever. i think its stuck in cyber-space or something? im sure lcb will sort this out and i will get my 25€ next week.
