Man I've been trying for over an hour and a half to get my free spins and now that they are going the support is saying they can only load the minimum per spin amount when it states a $7.50 per spin max , they offer no explanation only that it's only allowed the minimum amount not a happy camper

Hey I need to know what it means by max bet per spin $7.50 as the chat support is saying that the spinsax is the minimum bet amount, this has been after two hours of not being able to receive the free spins due to reasons unknown to me as they tell me it's ready the whole time but the game wouldn't let me spin so they changed games multiple times and to no avail now I'm being ignored by the support for stating the obvious ( that it doesn't actually say that the maximum bet amount is the minimum bet amount you can bet)

Maximum bet of 7,50$ refers to the maximum allowed bet when actually betting
( as you are not betting anything when spinning Free Spins - they are spun for Free ;) )

E.g. You complete your Free Spins and end up on balance of 50$. You decide to continue playing. In that case you are not allowed to spin on a bet higher then 7,50$ per spin.

But the offer clearly states maximum spin amount when you read this In plain English the translation seems straight forward, however when asking about it with support some how you keep contradicting what's written by saying it says the bonus after the spins no it says the max spins allowed so maybe this casino should be careful as they have to follow fair play rules in Wich they by law are not allowed to unlawfully mislead public by stating one thing and meaning the other, not only this I have been messed around by support for a few hours and have been offered no apology and nothing to make amends for wasting my time and data on about ten minutes of game time, worst experience with an online casino ever
