  • Hello! I have an issue.  I was on my 3rd deposit and the offers for it were divided between enabling one or the other. One rewarded deposit with a matching percentage, which I didn't enable.

    I did, however, enable the one that said I could have  xxx amount of free spins depending on which deposit range I would be in.
    I chose to do the 125 spins for depositing between 0.3 and 0.7 LTC, which is an excellent deal, so of course I took it.  I did enable the offer, I did deposit over 0.3 LTC in that deposit where it was enabled.

    The spins never appeared.  The ones from my 2nd deposit worked fine.  There is obviously some trigger that didn't get set off or maybe your deposit ranges changed since the crypto currency market has gone down in value quite a bit, so you need hight rates of deposit for those sorts of spins.  Which is all well and fine, and smart to do since this is a heck of an offer if you meant to do it at today's values.

    So I had played my deposit, it was entirely mine, no matching bonus or anything else.   I always do that, play my money first, then the free spins.  It would be annoying to win a good win on free spins when a person could have won on their own dime, right?  So I go and I blow my small stake and I go to activate the spins and there is nothing there in the account.
     

    I email your support and their answer is as if they didn't even check my account or anything.  They tell me that once the bonus are spent at all and there is an error or the bonus needs to be switched there is nothing they can do.  Except they aren't "bonus funds" that was spent, it was my money. 

    And we went back and forth and I started getting annoyed at how they were brushing me off and not even trying to resolve it so I understood what on earth they were saying.  Of course the casino can give me 125 spins as the legally binding contractual offer stated at the deposit range I was offered. 

    I do understand that obviously someone didn't update the 3rd Deposit Bonus scripting to match your new rations of spins to deposits, but I didn't know that until I was done with my introductory bonuses and then the ones offered to all show up.  Those have a much higher depost rate for the same spins.  If I ratio it out,  I think I would need to do about 2.6 LTC and above. Sort of like 1USD per each spin. I wound up yesterday depositing all together 1.1 LTC so that is about 50 USD/EUR and about 7300 Yen.

    I honestly don't know even if I want the spins anymore.  I just wanted to let you know the experience I had, the inscrutable conversation with the help staff and that you need to check the verbiage on your 3rd deposit bonus offers for free spins.

    Thanks for reading, sorry it is long.  I am not sure when I will be back about to see any responses.  I have a demanding job (forensic data for litigation support) and I travel often and live in different countries every few years.  We are based in Switzerland, but work worldwide, except for North and South America.  Working 80 hour weeks is only so often, 60 hours is basically the job every week.  So when I there is something like this, I have to be in the right mood or else I can be terribly obstinate and pointed.  I really would not want that here, I like LCB and for what is worth, I did like your casino.

  • I would have but it was resolved.  Ended up with me being offered the bonus reinstated so that it would go off properly as well as a bit of a general idea of what they are dealing with and although I refused the offer, I did so just because it was too vested and digressive by then, I would never enjoy playing them.  But the last person who did the offer and spoke to me, they were straightforward, professional, easy going and listened.  It let me be the same way in return.

    I just want to make a formal complaint about how unsatisfied and disappointed I am about recent loyalty program bonus. First of all it takes forever to receive the little $50.00 cash and then you have enough nerve to require a 36.mbtc wager on a freaking 2.4mbtc. The math isn't adding up...... that's not even my true disappointment though I had a 1.4mbtc plus 50.00 bonus cash giving a 3.8 mbtc I played game of Camelot or thrones of Camelot or whatever the entire 3.8mbtc and not once did I get free spins nor the hold and spin bonus and I'm just sickened by the whole thing. Like I don't expect to always win but seriously if you're gonna be that greedy and full of crap just keep your damn bonuses they are actually a slap in the face. A fucking joke. Thanks for nothing

  • This issue similar to an issue I had with bitstarz and sadly even wild coins. Whereas, I am referred by USA Player, and I sign up deposit and I find it rather compelling how if a country truly is restricted how come there is no barrier in place to prohibit US players from entering? Other online sites I have came across have it so where the message is displayed on the website, hence, preventing the entry. Our IP address can be seen as well. I would like a refund for my deposits.   • M y account was closed at mbit which is fine, my deposits have not been refunded and have not gotten a response. As I have advised in my prior post on this thread I was referred by a USA player who claims to have been playing for years, I deposited several times and came on this site and seen in a post by another player how USA players are not allowed. Most sites I have visited that do not allow USA players block us. Our I.P. address can be seen as well.

  • Why would you not put a block on your site? I find this to be absolutely ridiculous. If I am referred by a USA player and sign up and then you guys are telling me to keep depositing. Regardless you can see the ip address. I should be refunded and I find it absoluetly unacceptable how this case is being handled.

  • So issue here is two fold:
    1. Allowed to still play despite asking for permanent ban, able to (re)open account, and incentived instead of directing on self exclusion/banning as requested.
    2. Breach of casino liscense, per master liscense holder, theyre not allowed to offer services to excluded country including USA. And per their own Terms, US players not allowed to deposit, wager wit's real money. It was clear based on my IP addreas i was based in the USA. Never once was I asked for KYC verification, And no geo blocking in place. 

  • If we are not allowed to deposit then it should not be difficult to return my deposits

  • Why is this not on your page rather than just taking my deposits and avoiding to honor your terms?

  • actually that is not true if you really did not want USA players you would put the proper restrictions on your site and you would be able to do so witht the IP address which is detected when we come on your site. As I stated I was referred by a USA player who plays at your casino and has cashed out. So rather than claiming that you can not refund the money, keep in mind you guys knew I was a USA player and your chat team knew this. It is absolutely deceptive and very peculiar that such excuses would be made. How would I be have been able to claim a friend referral bonus if USA players were not frequenting your site?

  • I refuse to be blamed or take accountability for the violation of terms conducted by mbit. No geoblocking in place to block USA players. Refusing to operate with geoblocking is a violation of the contract license. Me filling out the player info is fruitless rhetoric. Expecting players to uphold a contract while mbit does not is unethical, unreasonable, unprofessional. With all due respect I am entitled to my deposits as should not have to escalate this issue for what I am entitled to.
