Hey, guys, how long does it usually take for the withdrawals via Neteller for non-US Canada players in MainStreet Vegas Casino, these days ?
It used to take 4~6 weeks before, so I eventually gave up playing with them.
I just wonder if they keep the same time frame (not sure it is Ok to call it a timeframe, though).

From my experience, even via Neteller which has no reason to delay, the withdrawals took 4~6 weeks.
I went to their Live Chat every week and asked when it would be processed.
They said that my withdrawal was on the next batch or something.
As I know, they use 3rd party processor because they accept US players and it takes very long time because this 3rd party processors are not good in many ways.
Anyway, what I felt with their withdrawal is that I don't have willingness to process the withdrawls in a speedy manner. They can do Neteller withdrawals separately in a flash. But, they don't do it.

US players have very limited options for online casinos and payment methods, as I know.
I don't know much, but from what I read in the complaints US players, there used to be a few of 3rd party processors which casinos use for the withdrawals of US players. Probably, at the end of last year, there were only one or two of them who were still doing the service. They can send the withdrawals via Bank Wire only, so it took longer time, higher fees in a long long queue of withdrawals.
The thing is that other RTG casinos(SlotoCash, Jackpot Capital, etc.) probably used the same processor or the other, which took the same time for US players. But, the casinos separate non-US players withdrawals and keep the timeframe like 2 day pending and 1 day processing.
And in the best case, Casino Extreme process Neteller, Skrill, ecoPayz withdrawals instantly daily.
So, MainStreet Vegas casino can do the same like other good RTG casinos, but they just don't care about it. Or, they deliberately are doing it for the players to reverse the withdrawals, or make the winning players frustrated from playing again, as I suppose.

The casino's informed us they will be needing one more week and hopefully, they'll be able to pay you out. So, the only advice is to be patient and wait. It is frustrating because they keep you waiting for too long but that's the only thing you can do at the moment. We hope all of you will get your winnings soon.

im confused on this reply as they stated a wk ago they tried paying me 300 not 599.00 and that my bank would not except it ,,i used american expess bluebird checking to do a withdrawl ,,i recieved other $ by ach thru this card ,,dont see why they had a issue ..and thet also wanted to charge me 45 return fee ,,but yet they are telling you they are trying to pay?? what amount are they trying to pay and by what method ? none of this makes any sense .its been a month and one day now since i requested payout i dont see how i can be any more understanding,,they need to get the story straight ,,unless your not referring to my cashout .

Hm! I think you should reply to them directly and ask about the amount you are supposed to receive. We sent them a reminder maybe that's why they contacted you. Please answer their email and ask about the whole amount you think you should receive.

Here's the update from the casino:
BARB711—Player won 599, we sent wire 21st sept, wire came back due to wrong details. Player supposed to receive only $300 max cashout. We are ready to send ($300- $45 wire fee = $255).
According the last chat with our finance team, on Sep.25,2017, we are still waiting on how would you like us to proceed with your replacement payment.
We offer you a new wire transfer, however, you will need to provide us with new banking details not related to a pre-pai card.
If you cannot provide new banking details, we offer you the regular mail method.

Yes that's the same exact email I got too ..I still disagree w the 45 return fee as no where on website stated that ..I told them OK send me the ck. .and also disagree w the bonus thing ..as live support said ..no max cash out on bonus as bonus was from cash back from deposits ...basically I ended up with 100 after all my deposits with them ...now wait and see how long till I get the check and figure a way to cash it...I'm very disappointed ..I'll never deposit here again !!! I would recommend you find a payday loans place like Moneytree, they have usually cashed checks that are otherwise complicated to cash.
Failing that you might actually have to open a checking account... I would recommend opening accounts at a credit union as opposed to banks, they generally have lower fees, and will actually forgive overdrafts if they were not really your fault.

After a delay that was longer than I would have liked, main street paid out all my winnings at Slots Plus and at Sun Palace.
It may take longer than you might like, but the Main Street Group will pay you eventually.
