maybe this is a hasty complaint and i truly should hold my horses and have some faith this online casino is actually legitimate, but I signed up yesterday using the LCB link for 25 free spins on signup, that was all fine, i deposited $60 canadian via E-Transfer and entirely my fault i tried redeeming the bonus box coupon code along with the 1st deposit bonus. before even beginning to bet i went through the relatively painless process of verification and managed to get the account verified successfully. i played through my first deposit and bonus box win and shortly after went to make a deposit of $75 but, and heres the kicker, why i am fairly sure the withdrawal i will talk about shortly has been pending so long, i got cold feet after having some bad experiences with the planet7 and sister sites just a few days prior and i didnt complete the etransfer. a little while later after reading some confirmation bais i talked myself into depositing but this time just at the minimum etransfer deposit of $30. and this was to come with their 2nd welcome bonus of +75% which it was showing was attached on the deposit screen. well it hadnt redeemed properly and live support swiftly took care of me, im thinking well thats kind of weird but hey kinda great too... anyways i get lucky play though the playthrough requirement and end up with winning around $1200.
i made a withdrawal request of $1000 at 1530 UTC-8 March 6 2024 and it has shown pending ever since2.9/ 5

their website states a screen shot of online banking with the deposit transaction is good, i jump though some hoops to get them what they want, now they want my entire months bank statement in pdf form unedited. this seems like a bit much to know every transaction ive made in the last 30 days.
i mean technically theyre only asking for their transactions, but heres what they say"Unfortunately, the screenshot can't be accepted. We kindly ask you to upload into your account a detailed PDF bank statement with your last deposit made with sender's name, merchant's name, Account Number, amount and the date visible. The statement should not be edited."
which i cannot provide unedited unless it inclues every transaction done with that account, i mean i know its called know your customer but thats a little much dont you think?
