    ok, low, BUT 0.02 cent each spin ??? SHAME for casino. and btw, no rules is attached by promotional email - there are NEVER information about value of fs, but always how much u have to deposit is written in capital letters!

    And im sure no player expected such a miserable offer.

    I have deposit yesterday at 11 am in this casino, and the transactiongives an error,  the money disappears from my skrill account ,and the money wasnt credit in my casaino balance account ; I asked  in the casino and they tell me the skrill dont sent them the mail and i ask the skrill and they garanted me that the transaction was made and it should be found in the merchant.

    When i ask the casino tells me to wait a litle more.. i have been wainting 2 days and once they told me that it could be 30 days.
    They kept me waiting all this time retain or took my money. 

    I need help to  make they give me or credit my money.

    as our support team already mentioned, the main version of our site is the english one and in case of doubt, the Terms & Conditions mentioned there, are representative. This point is stated on our T&C page. We added the rule about the win limitation for free spins to our russian site, to avoid this situation in the future, but neverthless, everything was done correctly and compliant.

  • Hello, Daniil. Many thanx for your answer, even it is so late. Please look again, that Konung casino has full-supported Russian version of casino with t&c and bonus t&c in Russian. And there were no link (or any mention) to English t&c in Russian version of rules. If you check, after my conversation with live support about my situation, next day Russians T&C were added by that rule of English is main version of site. I may provide screenshots of russian t&c wit date and time visible. So I still think that winnings were confiscated wrong.

    And the most terrible thing that all my accounts at Dama nv casinos are blocked now after I tried to resolve this dispute via Antillephone nv. Even if you compensate 200 Euros i won't be able to log in to my account and withdraw or play them.

    So I ask you to look again into my situation and influence Dama nv to unblock my accounts.

  • For me Konung is a casino to avoid. they refused to pay me yet I made several deposits and some withdrawals, their customer support is not good. I closed my account.
