  • Berks and LCB - I now have a much more serious inquiry and request assistance.

    I was playing at Slots of Vegas, have a withdrawalable balance, and both their coindraw and Bitcoin withdrawal methods are refusing any withdrawals. 

    they have also disabled live chat, and I was hung up on twice with their call center. 
     

    ive learned to deal with this networks slow tactics as I enjoy the game volatility and coindraw is normally reliable when you win on a deposit but now Extremely concerned as it's a sizable win that I won't want to walk away from and they've essentially disabled withdrawals

    As an update I still cannot request any withdrawal and confirmed I can't on a sister site, it appears the entire network is not allowing any crypto withdrawals at the moment at least for myself. 
     

    multiple support interactions on chat and phone appear to dodge or just ignore my questions so getting very concerned

    sorry for the bunch of messages. Things were running smoothly until BTC fees went wild and they seemed to have a rash of issues with it, but since fees are stabilizing hopefully things will go back to normal soon

  • Hello. I realize my withdraw request is less than a few days old. However, I was both told and under the impression that after having been verified, making a verification deposit, and making a Coindraw request that in doing so the payment would be received within the day (24hr) period. Well needles to say, but didn't receive the payment after the 24hrs passed. So, I go onto live chat support and tell them the $100 payment was not received. The representative Tom then proceeds to tell me it will be 3 to 7 business days. It is a matter of principal and should not have been mislead into thinking I would receive the BTC withdraw within 24 hrs as was told and as stated through the casinos sitemap. I would like this paid immediately and not 10 days from now. I ask for your help regarding this matter LCB and I appreciate you in any help rendered.

    Well unfortunately my pending withdraw using Coindraw at Lucky Legends Casino, is just that still pending as of 25 hours after the initiation of the Coindraw withdraw request (I am EST zone) as seen in the attached screenshot. It moved from "pending" to "queued" as a status, but again "not paid yet."  Anyways, as per your request this is my update to using Coindraw method for another of The Virtual Group/ Ace Revenue brand of casinos (Lucky Legends Casino). Hope this can help for anyone expecting an instant payout within 24hrs know that Coindraw may still take upto 3 to 7 business days to receive when using as withdraw method.  Again, thank you and your crew for all you all do to ensure player protection/rights!

    Looks like it will take upto 72 hours again after having spoken to the support representative Nikki. I understand these things happen. However, a notification on their site at time of withdraw request and or a email correspondence stating it may take longer than the advertised 24hr period to receive a payment would be nice!

    According to their T&C, those are the rules for payout:

    1. All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.
    2. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request.
    3. A maximum of $2,500 will be approved per pay period. Ineligible requests will be denied within that time frame.
    4. Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s). This amount may vary due to processor limitations.
    5. Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.

    Please just be patient few more days, and we hope that you will be paid on time, because at the moment you are still within the timeframe.

  • Sorry it has taken me so long to report an update. I did infact receive the payment right at approx 72 hours and while not quite the 24hrs advertised I cant complain and to lcb Moderater Berks and PR rep Nickhelp I say, thank you both!

  • They always payout!! Just make SURE you read and adhere 100% to their terms and conditions as they will use any breach as a means for denial of payments or void winnings!!

  • Club Player Chat Reps has continuously canceled withdrawals due to me, even after the Manager's approval detailed in my transaction history. Each time I inquired about it, the chat rep was determined to upsale me on promotions and remove my withdrawable balance and offer me free spins. Every day they have sent more emails offering 25 free spins. Today the 2nd rep states that there was a playthrough of $750 from the funds that were returned and not deposited after the approval from a bonus that was automatically applied to my account. There was no bonus redeemed by me and not automatically applied. It was my cashout that they did not honor..And supposingly the Manager approval overriding a cancelled request was a system override.

    No matter what I stated and explained, the chat is determined to not allow me the cashout. I;m not sure if they understand the system or if they are trying to take the funds or what. But I calculated and analyzed every part of this issue, and I am right with my calculations, what I received, what I played and completed the playthrough, and there was no automatic bonus applied. I have all screenshots to back up my complaint.

You are eligible probably only for $100 from this promotion, but first you need to submit documents due to verification, because you haven't updated your account since 2019.
