Hi. I more five years play in 1xslots.only love this casino. Withdraw is so Fast. But i think for old Player and loyalty after go in next level can send gift bonus. I Now try for level 7. And i not Know why no see tournament in mobile. But in pc i see all tournament. Thanks

Since we received no feedback from your side, we will CLOSE this complaint due to the submitter inactivity.

They pass of giving 11% cashback to less than 1% on last vip level cashback. On my last deposits of a sum of 2600 euros only received about 25 euros of cashback! They have a trickly and deceiving hiding formula so you can get up there and then they took alll the money witout almost any cashback

Sorry to hear that. It's always advisable to read the casino's T&C before deciding to play or claim any bonuses. Could you please tell us which games have you played? From their T&C:

7. At level 8 (VIP Status), cashback is calculated for each placed bet, regardless of whether it is won or lost. It is accrued as follows: 
0.25% for playing Slots
0.1% for playing Live Casino
0.2% for playing lottery games (keno, bingo, and scratch cards)
0.05% for playing table games (roulette, poker, baccarat, blackjack and games from the 'Other games' section).
Example of how cashback is calculated for bets placed at live casinos and table machines:
the accumulated cashback amount is equal to every individual bet in Live Casino games x 0.1% + every individual bet in table games x 0.05% 
Please keep in mind that calculations are made up to two decimal places. For example, if cashback is to be under €0.01, it will not be credited for this bet until it reaches at least €0.01.

I  lost 2600eurs  in two days playing video poker and received 0.05% cashback it was about 2 euros . Thats not a cashback... thats a joke and a deceiving scheeme that passes from 11 to 0,1 % medium.
