Each day I receive over 5 emails from persons unknown promoting a casino call Royal Dynasty.  This is one example of the one line email that this spammer sent:

Subject: No need in qualification to get a bonus.

Whether you love the smell of cash or simply the thrill of gambling you should try playing in our online casino Royal_Dynasty.
    Welcome >> Click here

Then you click on the welcome and redirected to  Royal Dynasty Casino.  I tried to click on the promotions link but all the links begins the download process.  The site says it has a "free gift" but if you click on this statement, it also starts the download process.
This is a RTG casino and in the download window it states-vipvegas.cc.

    Hey, what’s up?

Roll in and Take a look at a Number one place> to Play your Beloved online games.
Conquer Massive Money On the double with our Reserved Sale plus Relish our Hurried Withdrawals

See what you think  Put your hand on serious coin

If you click on that link, it goes to a casino called:  Winners Palace. But the url is: xxxwww.luckriver.com/

On the web page it doesn't even tell you what software it uses. There is no contact information, you can only download the casino.  But Oh???  What casino is it really??

Makes you skeptical of what you may get into if you download these types of casinos.  I think of money laundering, scams, identity theft, and  all sort of nightmares one may fall prey too.

And then there's this new casino call Casio Par where they will give you 100 dollars free to try out their casino.  But first you have to validate your account by paying 1.99 to some unknown processor to be able to receive the bonus.  Spammer and scammers. embarrassed embarrassed

  • I received the same email, don't open it, just delete when you see it

  • me too! I just delete them without opening. cheesy

  • Hi Perky,

I made a bad mistake when a friend suggested i sign up for one of those survey sites. By taking surveys you are offered freebies. Unfortunately i signed up for the wrong one. It has just about destroyed my main email account. I report at least 5 a day as spam...and they never quit coming..and that was over a year ago!

    Hi Perkypoo
Love your name by the way...I have been getting so many of these ones, my curiosity finally got the better of me and I downloaded it, to check out what the software actually was.  It doesn't say anything in the email.
So even tho it says Winners Palace, and Your Url was www.lucky blah blah  blah...I actually got 3 other ones that were Winners Palace with Urls different, so I had to check.  And it was VIP GOLD CASINO when you download it!!  I just uninstalled it right away.  They are such a nice place
they have to disquise themselves in triplicate.
  • actually  the link that only has a working download tab is a "redirector" and set up as a click to pay. basiclly some less than savory guy grabbed an affiliate tag to VIP GOLD (actually a pretty reputable casino) then does that mass mailing thing. VIP secifically bans affiliates from spam aproach and will terminate the affiliate when they catch them.

Now to prevent that they set up the bogus click through site... and here is the sweet deal for them, each time you click on the screen, he gets paid. when you finally Do get through and upload the VIP  software He gets paid.

This approach is the whole point behind Spoof sites and such as they are click driven incentives, the longer they can keep you clicking... even if it is just in anger or frustration, the more money they Make. The practice is banned in US, Canada and most Euro countries.

Listen, if you get an email from a casino that is text only, that uses poor grammar and has many typos DON'T Bother.

  • damn spam  grin

  • I get a lot of spam e-mail from Casinos too, but I don't open them. My son said I can get a virus from an e-mail address I don't know. So if I don't know them I just delete.
