  • Casino Brango and sister Extreme used to be my FAVORITES! BUT...the past few years they both just drain, drain, drain my money. Soooo much has gone DOWN HILL in them "that I have witnessed" even pertaining to the weekend BUY-In tourneys. The prizes playthrough...$4000??? Say WHAT??? 

    Before I go on rambling here, if you have the same experience/s and DO NOT USE DEPOSIT BONUSES (this is a prob I find with them now too...can't win unless a bonus is involved and then even lose after playthrough). 

    Cool Cat did this crap to me before it was considered/found out Rogue, so...please share opinions on your no depsoit bonus WINS and/or loses. Your Opinions/Experiences will make a difference whether or not I deposit in them ever again. lips_sealed

  • The only positives lately are the instant withdrawals.  The past few months, it does not matter whet I played, it was so laughable because EVERY hand was lost and EVERY SPIN! Those that know me know...yes, I wrote to both casinos and have docs of EVERYTHING. 

  • Yes I experienced the same BS from the too and there deposit bonus are very misleading I did a 65% bonus no wager to fine out there a wager and after pointing out that the email that I received and on the website it said no wager the representative said that there was an error in the coupon I asked him to honor it and they still wouldn't then they wouldn't even remove it from my deposit

  • Hello - They are one of the fastest paying RTG casinos for me and I like that. However I have not played in a while with them and those No-Wager bonuses came in handy and it was actually wager free, but sticky.

    Whenver I play with a bonus its hard to win, even when I get 150% no wager bonus and I deposited $100 once, I just could not bonus any slot. With real cash I had more winnings and better game play, howver just managed to make 1 withdrawal which was processed within 1 hour.

    I kind of feel that Casino Brango has a lowered RTP settings on their slots, compare to how I know and feel RTG slots play at Springbok Casino and Silversands ( Unless I have a bad streak at Brango).

    So lets say the standard average is 96% at Springbok, theirs could be in the low 90%'s however I cannot say this with a fact, but comparing my game play with other RTG brands, their payouts on their slots are very low, more dead spins and takes longer to bonus.

    I am not saying Casino Brango is all bad, they are very good, just for me personally I feel their RTP on their slots is on a lower setting compare to the experience I get playing at other RTG brands.

    I am very sorry to hear that some of you have been having a bad luck streak with us. While these are always frustrating, who wins and who loses is in Lady Fortuna's hands only. RTP, as you surely know, is calculated based on the average gameplay results of all players in a certain casino. RTP does not, and cannot represent an individual player's performance in the short term. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, and our individual RTP changes accordingly, but the overall RTP of the casino stays the same. The only thing we can do in these cases is offer bonuses, on the house, to the player having a bad streak, and wish for that luck to change.

    As for the Bonus joeyskater16 has mentioned - that bonus does in fact come with no wagering requirements. The bonus amount you received does not need be wagered at all. The deposit made, however, must be wagered 1 time. Same goes for any deposit - they must always be wagered at least 1 time. This rule is enforced by our licensor, to protect against money laundering, and we must always abide.

    I hope this information sheds some light on your worries, and I hope it helps show what is happening. I thank you for your undersatnding, and please do let me know if there's anything else I can help with.

    However, .."Losing Streak" is faaaaarrrrrrr from what some are experiencing. SOME CAN"T PLAY BECAUSE THE DEPOSITS DRAIN< DRAIN< DRAIN. NO WINS....for MONTHS some years.  And I personally have been with you for over 10 years...and can say...something is wrong and Brango and Extreme...are not the same as when they started. NOTHING is the same.

    Explain why in the PAST ( not even a year ago) a $100 tournament win ONLY had a playthrough of 1x and max cashout 2x win, but NOW a $100 win has to be playthroughed $4000 and Max cashout...$50!!!!???????  Huh? Please explain to us.  This is just part of the "ways" your casinos are NOT THE SAME and lose A LOT MORE today, no wins unless ya' put the in LOTS of $. In some of our cases PLAIN LOSE DEPOSIT AFTER DEPSOIT...not even getting to play our deposits...and I play for mainly FUN, but ya' start to get pissed when you know for a fact when a "2" comes after a "3" 5 times in a row or more (NO JOKE) in a poker double or nothing...there tends to be a HUGE PROBLEM. And after looking at the stats. No Fun at your casinos anymore when over 35 depsoits didn't even bring $100..AT ALL. And when your COMP points don't hardly move after even 4 deposits? I don't know but not a good sign to me.

    *No CC options again and bitcoin costs some of us an arm and a leg, just to have it eaten over and over and over...at your casinos.

    *And why can us USA players not call? I have proof the numbers do not work, and then finally support admitted the US can't access support via phone anymore?

  • The RTP (Return To Player) on Slots at RTG Casinos different depending on which Casino your playing at. There are 3 different levels of of return on slots that RTG casinos are set at. Some casinos are set at 97% others 95% and then 93% approx. 

    I have asked a few RTG casinos what their return on slots was set at and only two gave me a straight answer. I-NetBet - 95% and Jackpot Capital 97%.

  • AND...I have NOT ONCE ever even mentioned it anywhere online and/or in any emails... nowhere (2nd happened approx. 1 1/2-2 years ago I believe and I will call the support staff/him who made the mistakes "V" and you'll know who he is, and I know u know wh I am :O) but he accidentally deposited another players cashback $ in my account  instead (poor thing did it TWICE to me) and he brought it to my attention both times and kindly asked if I would "Withdraw it out"/return it both times and I did....both times... and I did it both times because it wasn't mine both times and that wouldn't have been FAIR. All I received was a thank you both times and that is fine...pertaining to...both times. ;O)

    Support Staff had usually Always been Friendly and did go out of their way to the EXTREME (no pun intended- and/or in all Fairness,  Brango has more issues today but similar). However, "V" never was kind to me and actually plain snotty at times, but after I refunded his "mistakes"...he became a lot nicer. :O)

Over 10 years ago CQQL Cat scammed me out of approx $50,000 and I refused to play a another onliner until Mikey TALKED TO ME ON THE PHONE AND ASSURED Me Casino Extreme (Brango came later and I joined because Extreme was Awesome) was LEGIT, and it was and had/still has some AWESOME Support.   • I agree 100 percent!!! I used to love these sites and would get a win or at least almost and now it's nothing every time I play ..the service and appreciation has went down as well and I have been saying this for sometime now ! I will be debating on playing anymore of my money here as well!

  • I have not experienced that bad of an Roi at extreme Casino and they are pretty good at withdrawing immediately. I am having an issue with Brango right now I send in my verification photos and ID and it says 5 days at the most it's been 7 days and I haven't heard a word from them.

    Chat support at the site just keeps telling me the same thing that they will contact me when they verify it but I've sent multiple emails and it's been over a week now has anyone else had this problem getting verified at Brango?
