Despite keeping my loyalty at Platinum level for 11 months in a row, for eight of those months the promotions disappeared.

I got 20 free spins at rich reels and I understand why they asked us to wager that much amount to qualify for the spins.  The spins are at 20 lines, 1 coin and 10 cents per line.  I thought it was at 1 cent per line at first, but I found out I won $58 when I thought I won only $5.80, lol.
