HI LCB'ers,
Usually we test the efficiency in processing different payment methods and customer support responsiveness, but with Pribet Casino that was not enough. What happened? Check out our latest report:
- Tester of the day: RedApple
- Registration date: July 25, 2023.
- Deposit of USD 200 / 0.0069 BTC made on July 25, 2023; the tester received $200.69

- Withdrawal of $72 in BTC requested on July 25, 2023
- Withdrawal of 0.00242787 BTC received on July 27, 2023.
Testing the non-US-friendly Pribet Casino went pretty smoothly, with just one hiccup. While playing, we noticed a few games seemed a bit off, so we had to dig a little deeper.
Were we still able to cash out without any issues? And did our tester’s feedback push the casino to tidy up its game lineup? Let’s find out!
Registration
Having typed in his e-mail, username, and password the tester quickly finalized the first stage of registration with Pribet Casino. During the second stage, he supplied a couple of more data, such as first and last name, country, currency, cellphone, and date of birth.
Deposit
Following a hassle-free registration he deposited USD 200 via Bitcoin, which at that time amounted to 0.00687881 BTC. In the meantime, he completed the profile by adding a couple of more personal details.
To deposit, players can use VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay, vouchers, and a variety of cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit amount is EUR 10.
Gameplay & KYC
40 Super Blazing Sevens was his first port of call followed by Safari Gems, Koschei the Deathless, and Eggz! POWER COMBO.
During the gameplay, the tester decided to complete ID verification. The first thing he did was upload an image of the front and back sides of his ID card, after which he did a face verification by using his webcam.
Having received notification that the documents were submitted successfully, he went on to upload a utility bill for proof of address.
As he continued playing games, the tester noticed that something peculiar was going on. Some of the games he checked out seemed a bit off.
Our team went on to investigate further, noticing that while While NetEnt and Pragmatic games seemed authentic, Playtech games were hosted on a depot888.com domain, and Play’n GO along with others were on igamingplatform.co. Although the igamingplatform appears to be a legitimate provider, we couldn’t confirm the authenticity of the .co version. This sparked doubts about the authenticity of the games and raised questions about whether something unusual was going on that needed further clarification.
After the tester shared his findings with the LCB team and the team investigated, we immediately contacted the casino. The operator forwarded our mail to the relevant team, letting us know that we will be informed of future updates.
Over a year later, we have yet to receive a response on this issue. However, when we checked back in August 2024, we noticed that the games in question had been removed from the platform.
Withdrawal
Following all the discoveries the tester went on to make a withdrawal request for $72 in BTC.
Two days after submitting the request, the tester received an e-mail that his account security was achieved, meaning all potential obstacles to processing his withdrawal were eliminated.
On July 27, 2023, the tester received 0.00242787 BTC.
As far as the Terms indicate the deposit needs to be wagered at least 5x before a withdrawal request can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 10, while the weekly maximum is limited to EUR 5,000.
If multiple withdrawals are requested during a 30-day timeframe, the operator may charge a fee of up to 8% of the cashout amount. The max winnings per day shouldn’t exceed EUR 100,000.
Whenever possible, the withdrawal will be returned via the same method as the one used for the deposit.
Although a fee may be applied for processing withdrawals, our tester wasn’t charged any.
“7.3.25. If the level of deposits and withdrawals does not correspond to a sufficient volume of play, PriBet may decide to pass on associated charges to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying any associated charges to PriBet, either on-demand or where there are sufficient funds in his/her gaming account by debiting these charges from it.”
(All relevant withdrawal-related Terms found in “Withdrawal 7.3”)
Conclusion
Quite a journey, wasn’t it?
Let’s take a quick look at milestone moments of the investigation, and then share our final observations with you!
A bit over a year after the test was done and fake games were spotted, we’re still waiting for the response. Yet, after analyzing the portfolio in August 2024, we noticed that questionable games were no longer there.
While the fact that withdrawal was processed without any hassle and fake games removed do sound great, offering non-genuine products is bad in the first place. Stay tuned for more informative video reports coming this way & gamble responsibly!
