neon: we are sorry that your first post @lcb ever had to be that Slotland didn't seem to become your cup of tea. Leaving the language apart, you could have looked at more games. By spending like 30sec more, you would soon discover that there are much cheaper games there too.

I seriously hope that you are not the rep for this casino! It is BEYOND rude to tell your customers to browse mor eand ask if it will kill us on spot. Haven't tried the free chip, can't recall if I have an old existing account.

I will say, Jack, you seem to be on the receiving end of some unkind words, not only about yourself but the casino as well.

I gave this a try last week and it said the code was invalid.  Figured maybe it was just temporarily unavailable, if there was some kind of issue.  Been rather busy since then, with that pesky thing known as work.  Has a little time to burn today, so thought I'd give it another shot.  Result-> "Bonus code ********* is invalid or has expired."(wasn't sure if posting with the bonus code included would be a problem or break some kind of rule, so asterisked it out).  It was presented clearly that it expires midnight 2011-11-14.  Was this promo terminated early for some reason?

sorry to hear the bonus code wouldn't work for you. Remember you need to open an account at Slotland *through* LCB link and also to use the current bonus code.

Kindly give it another try using this week's code as I can see there was already quite a few of those who successfully claimed the bonus since Monday, similarly as last week, which means the codes work fine.

sorry to hear my reply didn't help. In my response above, I've outlined two conditions that must be met in order to claim the bonus:

1) opening an account at Slotland (or having one opened through LCB in the past), whichever applies

2) using 'this week's' bonus code

While you may have been using the correct code, I see that you've arrived at Slotland through a different affiliate, which is why you could not redeem the bonus code.

i just tried signing up to this finished the signing up part to get a message saying '' your account has been suspended '' it never really got started any help ?

Same thing happened to me..they said i had multiple accounts, but i don't. I borrowed my laptop to my oldest son, he used it at his house but because they were done from same pc, they consider that multiple accounts
