Vienna International Gaming Expo Returns in 2018

From May 30th to June 1st, the capital of Austria, Vienna, will host the sophomore iteration of Vienna International Gaming Expo (VIGE). The event, boasting the slogan, “Do it For Your Karma,” is promising to be “bigger and better” than last year's inaugural get-together.

VIGE 2018 is one of the fastest expanding gaming conferences in Europe. It will take place in Vienna's tallest building, Danube City Tower, in which the participants will be able to take full advantage of modern facilities and stunning interior while enjoying the spectacular view. The building is located in the vicinity of the United Nation Offices and the Austria Center Vienna congress.

The first day of the event, May 30th, will be reserved for pre-registration, welcome drinks and networking events. The exhibition itself will open on May 31st and end the following day, June 1st. During these two days, some of the leading names in the online gaming industry as well as some of the new companies making their mark will be coming together to help facilitate the cooperation and partnerships in the realm of casino, sports betting, eSports, fantasy sports and virtual reality gaming.

As it is stated in the official release, VIGE 2018 will be focusing on bringing a wealth of information during the special panels and the iGaming Knowledge Seminar series and Innovation Talks. During these seminars and talks, some of the leading experts of the industry will be sharing their thoughts on key techniques, services, technologies and products that can be implemented in pursuit of bigger revenues and decreased frauds. Some of the main topics that seminars will focus on are Market Update Austria, Market Update Germany, Market Update Malta, Gambling Regulations in the European markets, IMGL Masterclass, Match Fixing, Convergence between Land Based and Online Gambling, Fraud Detection, VR/AR technology use in Gambling, AI use in Gambling, Customer Retention, eSports, Daily Fantasy Sports and Cryptocurrency.
