After the release of Iron Bank on November 5th, a custom-built high volatility game that transports players to Cuba where they team up with a criminal mastermind, Relax Gaming is ready to upgrade its gaming suite with Big Time Gaming.
The studio has signed an IP agreement that inlcudes full-scale integration of BTG’s latest game engine mechanic, Megaclusters. It turns out that the international distributor of advanced software solutions is actually the first partner to be offered the intellectual property rights to this mechanic, which is already widely popular with players.
Following its debut in Star Cluster, customers realized that the mechanic offers an additional twist to the cluster pay concept and adopted its advantageous play almost over night.
Upon the transition to Megaclusters, the supplier’s in-house products as well as Silver Bullet partners will be able to apply the algorithm to a rapidly growing line up proprietary titles. This step will enable the producers of online gaming content to provide additional value to the player and lift the service level by offering up-and-coming products via Relax’s comprehensive distribution method.
Apart from gaining full access to the revolutionary mechanic, Relax Gaming has cemented its agreement with BTG for at least 12 months. The studios have worked together since 2018 and it is not a secret that the Estonia-based software retailer became one of three top platform providers to distribute BTG’s content throughout Europe. The developer has also launched games such as The Final Countdown with extended exclusivity.
Simon Hammon, Relax Gaming CPO, commented:
“BTG is a longstanding and trusted partner of Relax Gaming and it’s fantastic to see our relationship continue to grow with this deal, equipping our slot developers with an exciting new concept to play with. Megaclusters is another great innovation from the makers of Megaways and we’re proud to be chosen as the first partner to gain the rights to apply this original mechanic to our own games and offer as an option to our Silver Bullet studios.”
CEO at Big Time Gaming, Nik Robinson, added about the agreement:
“Having already exceeded our expectations in terms of popularity with players, Megaclusters™ has the potential to become another successful franchise and we’re excited to see it develop.
Robinsion continued:
“Time and again Relax has demonstrated extraordinary speed-to-market and reliability, so we know that Megaclusters™ will be expertly applied in the hands of their talented studios.”
So far, Relax Gaming has provided its partners with a portfolio of over 1000 in-house developed and third-party games, available through a quick and simple integration.
The producer has recently celebrated 10 years since its early beginnings as a start-up in Estonia. Relax is now capable of delivering outstanding products with a refreshing concept and employs over 200 people across seven offices in Finland, Gibraltar, Malta, Serbia, Sweden and so forth.
Other recently launched games are also Ramses’ Revenge, La Fiesta and Money Train 2, an exhilarating sequel and train ride with a bigger potential and base features, including a 50,000x win exposure.
