Play’n GO Acquires Greek Online Casino Supplier License

Back

iGaming specialist Play’n GO has received the new license that will allow them to continue to supply the Greek operators with their industry-leading entertainment content, in line with new regulations.

A new content supplier license was handed to the provider by the Greek authorities that adheres to the several changes made to country’s gaming regulations.

Respecting the Rules

According to these amendments, all slot games in Greece must come with a maximum EUR 2 bet per spin, at least three second average spin time and a maximum game win of EUR 70,000 per spin round.

Hellenic Gaming Commission awarded this license to Play’n GO, making them one of the first operators to receive it. Play’n GO customers will be continuing to offer leading game titles such as The Green Knight, Rich Wilde & The Amulet of the Dead and the most recently released Hammerfall, the music release celebrating the band of the same name.

Play’n GO’s Head of Sales and Account Management, Magnus Olsson, said:

“Regulatory changes are a constant in the global gaming industry, and we welcome the new clarity provided by the Hellenic Gaming Commission in their latest framework. We will now work closely with our partners to ensure that their Greek operations are compliant with the new regulations.”

Olsson explained that as a company that takes big pride in its games, Play’n Go strives to bring even more to the table in terms of approach to compliance and game development which make sure their partners can rely on them to deliver content that is ready for players across multiple markets.

“But to truly enjoy a gaming experience, players must feel safe. And that’s why we’re only too happy to tailor our titles to ensure they comply with all local rules in regulated markets all over the world.”, added Olsson.

Scroll of Dead

Scroll of Dead, a 5x3 slot that follows the story of Egyptian God of destiny, Shai, was released most recently by Play’n GO.

Another addition to company’s ever-growing Egyptian slots has an additional reel hidden right under the Shai’s Scroll of Destiny and players can unlock it by activating casino spins.
