When we say that our motto is “To Bring More Value To The Player”, some of you probably think that it’s just a catchphrase used by countless online casino platforms. But, it’s much more than that. Mark our words, those aren’t just empty words (pun intended!).
Wanting to level up your shopping experience, LCB’s team designed some useful features to mark the status of orders so that players can be informed about their purchases in real time. This wonderful idea was inspired by a forum post from one of our members.
As indicated in the intro, the suggestion about the “order status” was given by a fellow LCB’er. Our team loved the idea so much, so less than two weeks after these thoughts were shared on the dedicated thread, the idea was transformed into reality.
To make it simpler for you to understand how new features in the LCB shop work, we came up with this convenient guide:
Once a member makes a request to purchase an item in the shop, its status is labeled as “NEW”. This way, if multiple items are purchased in a relatively short period, it will be easier for them to keep track of the progress and the status of the order for each of those items.
Once received by our team, the request is forwarded to the casino for approval. In case a player has acted according to the rules, chances are the request will be approved.
Once the request is forwarded to the casino, its team makes a decision on whether to greenlight the purchase or not. If your order is marked as “APPROVED/ CREDITED”, congrats! This means you’ve successfully purchased the desired credits, so you can head straight to the casino and enjoy your package of freebies.
If the request is not approved by the casino itself, the status of the order becomes “DENIED / REFUNDED”. Multiple accounts, and the reputation of a bonus abuser are among the most common reasons why a player can be rejected on behalf of the operator. In this situation, the spent credits are returned back to the LCB balance and can be used for other purchases.
Sometimes players skip reading Terms, as they want to get down to the funnier part as fast as possible, but they often miss some important details and rules, due to which their request fails to get the “APPROVED/ CREDITED” status.
For example, some shop items can be claimed every seven days, the others can be purchased once in two weeks or once per month, depending on the individual rules. If a consumer purchases it earlier than the specified timeframe, they are breaking the rules (intentionally or unintentionally), which shall result in the cancellation of the item on behalf of our team. Invalid username, and meaningless comments can also be reasons why an order is “CANCELED / REFUNDED”.
Just like in the previous situation, chips will be credited back to the member’s balance, so they can use it to claim some other items.
When a player’s order is marked as “REJECTED”, it means that they have done something that’s against the rules of the shop. To put it simply, such behavior represents extreme abuse of our Shop and do results in a “REJECTED” request but still won’t result in a total ban.
For example, it sometimes happens that member posts stolen comments in order to acquire chips and later use them to purchase something from the shop. That’s one of the situations which may result in a rejected request, in which case the credits won’t be refunded.
It’s extremely important to note that a member will receive an explanation for both “CANCELED / REFUNDED” and “REJECTED” statuses. Of course, any member who needs additional clarification on why their order was “CANCELLED” or “REJECTED” can reach out to the support agents or shop moderator.
