In just three short years, All41 Studios caught the attention of Microgaming to become one of its exclusive game developers. The company is known for projects such as Temple of Medusa, 6 Tokens of Gold Hyper Hold, Shamrock Holmes MEGAWAYS and Book of Atem WowPot to name a few. We had the opportunity to chat with Julia Saburova, Head of All41 Studios, and got the scoop on an upcoming slot launch, 11 Enchanting Relics. Q: Please give us an introduction to All41 Studios and how it began.
A: All41 Studios is a young and aspiring game studio we founded nearly three years ago. We are based in the tech hub of Europe, Estonia. We started as a small team and have grown into a data-driven cross-functional team of 46 people who are very passionate about gaming.
Q: As a young online game developer, you caught the eye of Microgaming and became an exclusive partner in 2019. Please tell us how the partnership began.
A: We’re grateful to have had the chance to partner with Microgaming back in 2019. Microgaming’s studio strategy was to bring a greater choice, innovation and quality to the market, and I believe All41 Studios was a great addition to a growing network of independent studios.
Q: We understand that Le Kaffee Bar was your first launch. What is the process like for creating online slot games and how has it changed since Le Kaffee Bar?
A: It feels like we released Le Kaffee Bar a lifetime ago! We’ve learned a lot since then. Usually, the process of game creation starts with an initial game concept, including game math and initial maps for the game. Then we move into designing the game’s graphics, followed by coding and testing. We optimize our processes every time we bring a new game to the market. We do our retrospective “what did go well and what did not?” and adjust our processes; this is what makes us more efficient.
Q: Your games have included Microgaming features from Megaways to Nobleways and WowPot. Do you have a personal favorite?
A: Great question! My favorite today is the Link&Win™ feature but I also like a good combination of different features that can keep me inside the game. A good example is our latest release, the WWE Legends: Link&Win™ slot with 4 features - one being Link&Win™ (as you can already read from the title) Free Spins, Bonus Buy and HyperSpins™, where players can choose to respin any individual reel.
Q: Speaking of innovations, do you have any future predictions for the iGaming sector?
A: Oh, I’d love to predict… unfortunately it is not my superpower! I believe that understanding the preferences of the younger generation could play a huge role in bringing brave and innovative ideas to iGaming.
Q: 6 Tokens of Gold and Ingots of Cai Shen launched in early 2021. Are there any new slot releases planned for this year?
A: In addition to the above-mentioned titles, our team has released Gold Collector, Joyful Joker Megaways, Temple of Medusa and, just recently, Book of Captain Silver, which was very well-received by our players. If you didn’t play those slots yet, it’s definitely worth checking them out and finding your favorite. We are also about to release our next title - 11 Enchanting Relics, introducing our new slot features, Epic Strike, Epic Pick, and Free Spins with Extra Wilds. We’re very excited about this release.
