iGaming Ontario (iGO) is focused on ensuring the safest gambling environment where players will enjoy fair gameplay. To support players in this mission, the company is working hard on its goals. They look to back customers who want to stop gambling or take a short break from it. As part of the latest strategy, iGO looks to introduce a request for proposals (RFP) at the beginning of 2024. This will result in a centralized self-exclusion product allowing customers to self-exclude from Ontario iGaming brands in a one-time registration procedure.

TRANSPARENT – to guarantee that both projections and results are clear while details are easy to follow.
SECURE – ensuring customer information stay protected all the time, while sharing is possible only with employees for administration purposes.
ROBUST – to introduce strict processes strengthened by safe, responsive, and available tech solutions which will enable useful program that backs customers’ goals.
VIABLE – to create systems and processes that are manageable and feasible for brands and their implementation
