EveryMatrix Promotes Safer Gambling with WLA Certification

Back

EveryMatrix, one of the leading providers of high-quality solutions for online casinos, sports betting platforms, and payments has once again confirmed its reputation as a leader in player protection segment as well. Following a stringent audit process conducted company-wide, the supplier was granted World Lottery Association (WLA) Safer Gambling certification.

Worth noting is that EveryMatrix is the very first iGaming brand to receive this certificate, thanks to which it joins an extensive list of iLottery suppliers that have already been accredited. This acknowledgment is the best confirmation that the company’s high level of commitment to promoting safer gambling practices is recognized by the relevant institutions.

A couple of weeks ago, EveryMatrix received the World Lottery Association Security Control Standard 2020 (WLA-SCS:2020) Level 2 certification, adding it to the ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certificates it already holds.

Safer Gambling Environment as Top Priority

The purpose of the rigorous audit that preceded was to provide evidence that would prove that EveryMatrix continuously implements the WLA’s guiding principles. Upon inspecting EveryMatrix’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policy, it was confirmed that its Safer Gambling strategy includes the necessary tools that enable their worldwide associates to run business in a responsible and ethical way.

Ebbe Groes, CEO of EveryMatrix, commented as follows:

“The WLA are pioneers in safer gambling certification and we’re delighted they have recognized our work, commitments, and pledges to both uphold and drive forward safer gambling best practices across everything we do.”

As he pointed out, the company entered this entire process believing that they have what it takes to build and maintain a safe gambling environment. According to him, keeping customers informed of any risks and putting a wide range of helpful tools at their disposal is the only way to promote responsible gambling practices.

Naomi Koops, Senior Compliance Counsel & Safer Gambling Co-ordinator, EveryMatrix believes that this achievement is an important step for the company in building its reputation as an industry leader in this field. Melissa Azam, CSR Senior Manager at WLA, pointed out that “ensuring player protection and safer gambling is at the core of both their own and their customers’ operations.”

Licenses and Certifications Keep Coming

This year, the company celebrates 15 years of presence in the iGaming sector. What started out as a project that gathered two guys and a 10-person team turned into a well-respected brand with an extensive presence in 65 countries all over the globe.

From the beginning of 2023, EveryMatrix has significantly deepened its international footprint, with multiple accreditations received. March brought two licenses, the one granted on behalf of Connecticut, the other by Spelinspektionen, the Swedish gambling regulator.

In May this year, the company received MGA approval for its Jackpot Engine, a powerful gamification solution that allows the operator to create their own jackpots. During the very same month, its SlotMatrix obtained Bulgaria RGS content certification.

June was marked with an Isle of Man B2B software license, which enabled the solutions provider to showcase its top-performing technology and services to an extensive network of associates all over the world.
