With this in mind, we would like to use this opportunity to express our views about the interaction between operators and their customers, essential measures and requirements needed for both parties to benefit here at LCB.

With the main goal of helping players get the most of their gaming experiences, we try our best to provide the accurate, up-to-date and useful guidance about all gambling related matters. That is why it is important for players to visit regularly and be present at LCB often so as not to miss crucial new information, advices or any notice that may come up. If it so happens that you submit a complaint with us, take good care to be active on the thread and remain available as we attempt to resolve it. Simply relating your issue and then disappearing will not suffice - there might be more information and further correspondence needed to secure a favorable outcome.

The same goes for the casino representatives. For a casino and its representative to be approved at LCB, transparency, fair conduct and willingness to interact and help the players are most valued. Being actively involved and personally conversing with complainants in the designated complaint thread are the best ways to ensure you are representing your casino in the best possible light. Unresolved complaints are almost always due to the inactivity of the complainant or the unresponsiveness of the casino rep. The few we have on our record did not result from our lack of enthusiasm - when faced with a lack of interest, there's only so much we can do to help. But if there's validity to a complaint and the casino in question won't respond to our inquiries, we are then forced to put the unresponsive operator on the LCB Warning list.
