Version 3.7 of the consumer protection tool Playscan has been developed and presented by Svenska Spel in co-operation with Spelinstitutet.
This development will enable players to control and monitor changes in their gambling habits, and with the new features the channels of communication are expanded to provide enhanced targeting. There’s also a newly developed analysis engine which can analyze different game modules such as Bingo, Poker, Lottery etc.
The company also specified that Playscan Retail is now available as an add-on solution to the Playscan product which can provide land-based players with a complete overview of their gambling behavior in print format.
"The new features in Playscan 3.7 evolve the technical capabilities in behavioural tracking towards harm minimization," assessed Henrik Hallberg, chief technology officer of Playscan AB.
