Everything ready for legalization

It seems that Greek Gaming company Intralot cherishes authentic optimism when it comes to the legalization of online gambling in Washington D.C. where the proposed bill is waiting for the outcome of public consultations.

Namely, it has been reported this week that a joint venture between Intralot and a local partner called DC09 is advertising for positions such as a "Table Games Operator" along with another ten I-Gaming positions for the city and three unidentified states.

It has been specified by Bryan Boothe, Intralot's vice president for government relations: "Intralot recognizes that the D.C. program, known as I-Gaming, still needs community input and key approvals.

“Irrespective of that, the company is moving ahead with an I-Gaming strategy to have personnel who they can train and place in the appropriate locations, which may or may not start with the District."
