Red Flush and Casino La Vida accredited for safety and fairness
An organization engaged on player protection and standards, eCOGRA, famous for its strict inspection processes, has decided to accredit another two internet casinos in the Microgaming-powered Club Red Gaming online gambling group, Red Flush and Casino La Vida.
Thanks to the standards they met, the two casinos will not be able to pride themselves in eCOGRA's Safe and Fair seal, which has so far been granted to some 145 tier one online gambling websites, which are under constant supervision and monitoring, as they need to comply with eCOGRA requirements at all times.
What eCOGRA requires from the operators bearing its seal are responsible gambling measures, fair gaming standards, unbiased dispute resolution, fair and timely payouts and efficient customer support.
According to Alex Roberts, Red Flush Casino Retention Manager, “We’re certainly proud of our newest accomplishment and are glad to be recognised for our ongoing transparency, integrity and satisfactory operating standards.”
He was also glad to point out that “Both Red Flush Casino and Casino La Vida have individually been awarded the title of “Best New Online Casino” in 2008 and 2010 respectively, and to now achieve accreditation by eCogra illustrates that we’re passionate about serving our players in the best way possible.”
eCogra is an organization based in London, which was established by online gambling software companies which aimed at bettering player protection and operation standards throughout the industry. So far, since 2003, the organization has engaged in relations with about 30 software providers and 80 online gaming operators.
The organization’s influential accreditation standards include online casino and poker room operations, Internet bingo, sportsbetting, mobile and live gambling businesses, but it has also oriented towards affiliate programs through an Affiliate Trust Seal. Its standards have already been acknowledged by some reputable and influential bodies, including the European Gaming and Betting Association, whose membership list includes a majority of major online operators in Europe.
