Until one day issues I had with a withdrawal ended up with an 888 casino rep (via email correspondence) whilst I was locked out of my account trying to retrieve it... decided I had a self proclaimed serious gambling problem. In which he was able to clearly see, and it was his duty to suspend my account of (approx) 6 years, and ban me from the 888 casino.. 😆- unfortunately I do suffer from memory issues, so I honestly cannot recall if they did pay me my winnings, but that's not the part that earned them this rating... its the rep who went on a power trip and decided I had a gambling problem, and his course of action was to delete my 6(approx) loyal member account and ban me from my favourite casino... ☝️ that's what earned them they're rating. That and considering this happened almost three years ago, I've tried to appeal the decision, speak to customer service about reinstating my account and I've never gotten a response back.. nice business ya got there. In my opinion, their no deposit bonus is more complicated than usual. Some people may like it this way, but I don't like it that much because you have to deposit money to get the bonus.
